Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Pass Finder answers. The four-question flow runs in your browser. Your answers stay in your browser's session storage and are not sent to us unless you submit a form or make a purchase.
- Contact details. Your email address, and your name, ZIP code, and phone if you provide them, when you ask for your result by email, sign up for updates, or buy Concierge.
- Plan preferences. If you buy Concierge: which pass we are preparing and how you would like to receive it. The general contact form does not collect medical records or disability documentation.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount, and a transaction reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, buttons used, device type, referring campaign, and similar analytics data, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel when those are enabled.
Health-related information
One question asks whether you have a permanent disability, and the Access Pass path relates to disability. We treat that answer, any Access Pass result, and any disability-related materials you provide as sensitive information. We do not send it to advertising platforms: those signals are masked before reaching Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. We use it only to prepare your Pass Plan and readiness review. Do not email medical or disability records — use secure upload when available. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we use information
- To show your result and email it to you when you ask.
- To deliver Concierge: prepare and personalize your Pass Plan, conduct a readiness review, and answer your questions.
- To send updates you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and comply with law.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us include Stripe (payments), our hosting and email-delivery providers, and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement, with health signals masked). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep contact and plan details only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support refunds and disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. Sensitive documents submitted through a future secure-review system will follow the shorter retention period disclosed at upload.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information, to opt out of marketing, or to ask a question. Residents of California, Washington, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to withdraw consent to the collection of health-related data, and we honor those requests regardless of where you live. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Cookies and tracking
We use session storage to remember your answers during a visit, and analytics cookies from Google and Meta when those tools are enabled. You can block cookies in your browser; Pass Finder still works.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date.
