What ParkPassDirect is
ParkPassDirect is a private service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the National Park Service, the U.S. Geological Survey, Recreation.gov, or any other agency. We do not issue passes and we do not decide eligibility. Federal agencies do both. You can always apply directly with the government for the federal pass price, and the official links are shown with every result.
The free Pass Finder
Pass Finder identifies likely pathways based on your answers and published federal rules. It is not a government determination of eligibility. We work to keep requirements and prices current, but agencies can change them at any time, and the official agency pages control.
Concierge
Concierge is an application-preparation service. For a one-time fee, we provide a personalized Pass Plan, tailored requirements, relevant application materials, documentation guidance, readiness review, and a handoff to the appropriate official route. Where physician documentation may be relevant, our materials explain the published federal documentation standard; we do not write a diagnosis or tell a physician what conclusion to reach. We do not submit applications on your behalf, and we do not guarantee that an agency will issue a pass. Our fee does not include the federal pass price or any government processing, shipping, or reservation fee.
Your part
You agree to give us accurate information, to use the service only for yourself or someone you are lawfully assisting, and not to submit false statements or documents to any agency. Federal law makes it a crime to make false statements in an application for a federal benefit.
Refunds

Our content
The Pass Plan, templates, instructions, and other materials we provide are for your personal use in applying for a pass. Government program names are used only to describe those programs.
Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided as is. We are not lawyers or medical providers and do not provide legal or medical advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted.
