Pass or refund
Follow your checklist, apply through the official route we point you to, and if the agency turns you down, we refund our fee in full. Email a copy or photo of the agency's decision to [email protected] within 90 days of your purchase.
Changed your mind?
If you cancel before your checklist has been sent, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After the checklist has been delivered, the pass-or-refund promise above applies.
What we cannot refund
The federal pass price and any government processing, shipping, or reservation fees are paid to the government, not to us, and are subject to the government's own policies. Refunds are not available where an application was denied because of inaccurate information given to us or to the agency.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
